Our procedure

01 Preliminary talk

We define the detailed content of the workshop and the deliverables in a telephone or video conference with you as the client and possibly one or two other stakeholders (CEO, digitalization or product managers).

02 Impulse talk

During our workshop, you will receive a keynote speech with use cases from similar projects. What are others doing in this area? What is technologically possible? And where are the real added values?

03 Your environment

Together we look at your market, your corporate strategy and the challenges and opportunities presented by technology and together we look at your customers against the background of your value proposition: What are their problems, expectations and experiences?

04 Business model

Against the background of technical and economic feasibility, we work with you to develop concrete ideas for a smart product. What is necessary for your smart product to be successful? Which digital business model is suitable for your smart product?

05 Work phase

What are your expectations and those of your customers? Which product-related smart services can be used to increase (customer) benefits? What use cases and added value can you imagine? What is the greatest added value for you and your customers - what is the cost-benefit ratio?

06 Follow-up
