Data logger for data mining and predictive analytics
Together with Track Machines Connected in Hagenberg, BLUE-ZONE GmbH is developing software for recording sensor data on track maintenance machines and for transferring and further analyzing this data in the cloud.
Several hundred different sensor values are read out simultaneously on the data logger, pre-processed and transferred collectively to the cloud. These sensor values include temperature values, pressure-specific parameters, hydraulic parameters, CAN data, GPS data and much more.
This enables a more detailed understanding of the machine and its components in order to detect any faults at an early stage and plan maintenance intervals more effectively. The benefit of this is that downtimes are reduced and costs are saved as a result.
