AVL List
BLUE-ZONE GmbH and AVL List are creating a HIL system for the automated testing of hardware components such as control units and sensors for vehicles.
Together with AVL List in Steyr, BLUE-ZONE GmbH is developing a HIL (Hardware in the Loop) system for the automated testing of hardware components such as vehicle control units.
The system can record vehicle data during operation or transmit it immediately using a radio module. This data can be reproduced in the laboratory. This allows real conditions to be simulated. In addition, faults can be simulated which occur extremely rarely in the real environment, e.g. to test extreme situations.
The HIL system can be easily adapted to the hardware components and is controlled via a PC application. Our quality standards for HIL systems go so far that even the automated testing of highly critical medical devices is safely possible.
